Its banana split time!

After having a yummy dinner it was time for dessert, and since its been quite hot lately where i live i decided to make banana splits for dessert for me and my friend.

i cut up the bananas into lil circles and put them on the bottom of the bowl, i put about a banana and a half in each bowl we both rly like bananas lol

then i added the ice cream, i used Neapolitan but u can use whatever your favorite is really. i  love strawberry ice cream and he likes chocolate so it was a compromise

i covered the ice cream with whipped cream putting tons on of course u can never have to much whipped cream lol

next came the syrups i put chocolate, strawberry and caramel on top of it all u don't have to add them all if u don't like but me and my friend did

finally i put the cherries on top and sat back and enjoyed my banana split!

Taco dinner night with pics!! 1st nekohime dish

Last night i had a friend over and we were in the mood for Mexican so we made tacos of course yum!

I started with about a pd of frozen hamburger meat and cooked that up on med heat til it was all brown and no pink showing then added the taco seasoning packet.

while i was cooking the meat up i had my friend dice up the tomatoes for me to put on top of the tacos later,of course i had to sneak a few then though lol.

next comes the assembly of the taco its self  u can pretty much add anything u like to it but i just stuck with my faves. which started off with sour cream which i am a big sour cream fan so i put tons on.

then shredded Mexican cheese..yum cheese!

i bought the pre shredded lettuce to save on time but u can just as easily buy a head of iceburg lettuce and chop it up to your liking

then i added the tomatoes, the bright red makes it look so pretty ^_~

and then u finally fold it over and tada u have made your self a yummy taco, u can add hot sauce or salsa or even guacamole before folding it too now if u like but i just went with a normal taco my friend did add hot sauce to his though.

i hope u enjoy this post and try it out your self sometime, any questions of comments feel free to leave them below.    ~kawaii nekohime~
